Cafe Ngopi Coffee Shop, in conducting its business operations, still faces several obstacles, particularly in the transaction process, which is carried out manually by recording in a transaction book. This method leads to various issues such as errors in data entry, illegible handwriting that complicates reading, and the potential for miscalculations due to relying solely on a calculator, especially for large transactions. Additionally, the process of preparing monthly reports tends to be slow, as data must be transcribed manually and calculation errors often occur, resulting in inaccurate reports. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to develop a web-based sales management application system that can assist in accelerating and simplifying the transaction process as well as the management of incoming goods in a more efficient, accurate, and organized manner. The development method used in this study is the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. The result of testing using the black box method concluded that the application functions properly in managing transaction data at Cafe Ngopi Coffee Shop.
