ANALISIS PENGADOPSIAN TEKNOLOGI KAPAL OTOMATIS (AUTONOMOUS SHIP) BERDASARKAN METODE TOE (TEKNOLOGI, ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN) DI SUMATERA SELATAN
Technological advancements in the modern era have significantly influenced society, particularly in the transportation sector. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially through autopilot systems, can minimize human error while improving work efficiency. The implementation of AI has introduced the concepts of autonomous and semi-autonomous transportation, driving the development of autonomous modes of transport, such as the Autonomous Ship or unmanned vessel. This technology is expected to enhance the effectiveness of shipping activities, including export and import operations. This study focuses on analyzing the readiness for adopting Autonomous Ship technology in South Sumatra, considering the Musi River as a major trade route since the kingdom era up to the present. The analysis employs the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) model, which encompasses technological, organizational, and environmental factors. The findings are expected to provide an overview of the readiness of society and the working environment in South Sumatra to embrace the implementation of autonomous ship technology
