This research aims to see the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Makrayu Health Center, Palembang City. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative methods assisted by the SPSS program. The sample in this study was all 45 employees of the Makrayu Health Center in Palembang City. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. The data was analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research are that motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Makrayu Health Center employees, Palembang City.
