PENGEMBANGAN GAME ANDROID PADA ANAK MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN USER CENTERED DESIGN DAN EVALUASI USABILITY THINK ALOUD
Technology, especially gadgets, has become an integral part of modern life. The use of gadgets among children aged 12-15 years has reached 99.61%. Although potentially addictive, these devices can be beneficial when directed towards positive activities such as learning through educational games. Educational games can help increase users' motivation and abilities. However, their development must align with user needs. This research employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) method to improve user experience and comfort in playing the game, and the Think Aloud method for evaluation. The study involved 10 participants, including 8 children and 2 educational practitioners. The results showed that the application development has met user needs, with only two problems identified out of 64 evaluation scenarios using the Think Aloud method.
