The nutritional problems in adolescents that are often considered simple and rarely discussed are diseases that occur due to vitamin and mineral deficiencies (micronutrient malnutrition), especially deficiencies in vitamin c and antioxidants. Deficiencies in vitamin c and flavonoids can cause a variety of health problems such as various disorders of the immune system, cell and tissue damage, and the most common is thrush. One of the efforts that can be made to meet the needs of vitamin c in the body is by consuming supplement products or vitamin c fortification in food products, one example is jelly candy which contains vitamin c and antioxidants. Jelly candy products with the addition of karamunting and rosella juice can be an alternative to fulfill vitamin and antioxidant levels in the body. This study aims to develop jelly candy products with natural flavors and sweeteners, determine the mutant and differences in organoleptic characteristics and vitamin c content and antioxidants in jelly candy products. The panelists used in this research were 25 people, the research design used was quantitative experimental with the RAL method (Completely Randomized Design) and with 4 treatments.
