ALOKASI WAKTU TENAGA KERJA PADA USAHA TANI PADI DI DESA SIRAH PULAU PADANG
This study was conducted to find out how much influence Age, Number of Dependents, Land Area, and Farming Experience on Labor Time Allocation in farming in Sirah Pulau Padang Village,. This study uses primary data with a total of 50 farmers and secondary data sourced from BPS and Village Offices. The analysis technique in this study uses the descriptive analysis method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study show that the Age Variable has a significant positive effect on the allocation of labor time in rice farming, the productive work ability of a farmer will continue to decline by itself. The variable Number of Dependents has a significant positive effect, the more the head of the family bears will increase the burden in meeting needs and will have an impact on the time allocation for the head of the family at work. The Land Area variable has a significant positive effect, farmers usually control the land more than they work according to the common will. The Farming Experience variable also has a significant positive effect, farmers who have been farming for a long time have a high level of knowledge, experience and skills in running a farming business.
