EVALUASI PROGRAM INOVASI "KEBUN PEDAS" DALAM PENANGGULANGAN STUNTING DI PUSKESMAS MULTIWAHANA KOTA PALEMBANG
The number of children under five who are stunted at the Palembang City Multiwahana Health Center as of June 2023 is still experiencing an increase in the number of cases from the previous year of 30 toddlers. As a follow-up to the high incidence of stunting, the Palembang City Multiwahana Health Center formed an Innovation program, namely the "Spicy Garden" program. The Kebun Pedas program is an innovation in efforts to empower, share, and motivate mothers who have toddlers through the provision of materials and questions and answers. This study is a qualitative descriptive research using the purposive sampling method in the selection of 9 informants. The results of the study showed that the program ran effectively where the Puskesmas succeeded in reducing the incidence of stunting. The Kebun Pedas program has a positive impact on the Puskesmas and program participants so that the program needs to be maintained in the future with improvements and developments in various aspects. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Kebun Pedas program as a whole has not been carried out well but has succeeded in reducing the incidence of stunting in the work area of the Palembang City Multiwahana Health Center. In its implementation, there is still a timeline of activities that are not in accordance with the documents and there are still various documents that are not complete. Therefore, in its implementation, it is still necessary to have additional funds and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure for improvement and development efforts in various aspects.
