PENERAPAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC SUGENO DALAM MENENTUKAN KARYAWAN TERBAIK DI PT. UMBARA SDM CONSULTING
Each employee has different abilities and qualities. Employee abilities are also a supporting factor in a company. Therefore, it is important for companies to choose the best employees, namely those who are suitable and meet the company's criteria as production employees. Thus, employees can work optimally, with quality, and last for a long time. However, until now, the selection of the best employees often faces obstacles, such as the difficulty of measuring employee abilities objectively because there is no proper assessment system. This study uses Sugeno Fuzzy Logic to assist the assessment process of the best employees at PT. Umbara SDM Consulting Jakarta with assessment aspects including understanding of company policies, understanding of tasks, work discipline, and the ability to work together. In fuzzy logic, the evaluation results are expressed in the form of membership values ranging from 0 to 1. To process this data, MATLAB mathematical programming software is used. The first step in the Sugeno method is to determine the input and output variables in the form of definite sets, then continued with the stage of converting the input variables into fuzzy sets through the fuzzification process. Based on manual calculations and data testing with MATLAB, the best assessment result was obtained with a value of 1. Thus, the Sugeno Fuzzy Logic method has proven effective in determining the best employees at PT Umbara SDM Consulting.
