Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) are guidelines for good and correct crop cultivation to achieve productivity, optimum profit, good quality product, and environmentally friendly. This study aims to: (1) measure the level of application of Good Agricultural Practices on rice seed-breeding farmers who are members of CV. Berkah Tani Bumi Agung Village, Lempuing District, OKI Regency; (2) analyze the effect of the level of application of Good Agricultural Practices on the production of rice seed-breeding; (3) analyze the effect of the level of application of Good Agricultural Practices on the income of the rice seed-breeding. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The number of respondents was 60 seed-breeding farmers who were purposively selected. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that the level of GAP implementation by breeder farmers was high, with the majority of farmers implementing GAP practices consistently. Simultaneously and partially, the application of GAP had a significant effect on increasing farmers' production and income. The most dominant GAP components affecting production and income include land management, fertilizer application, post-harvest handling and certification. The results of this study indicate that the application of GAP not only has a positive impact on production results, but also on the economic welfare of rice seed-breeding farmers.
