EVALUASI PROGRAM KAMPUNG KREATIF DINAS PARIWISATA KOTA PALEMBANG (Studi Kasus Di Kampung Kreatif Tanggo Rajo Cindo 7 Ulu)
ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the Creative Village Program implemented by the Tourism Office of Palembang City, with a case study at Tanggo Rajo Cindo 7 Ulu Creative Village. The evaluation applies the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess the program's objectives, implementation, and outcomes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation involving six key informants from government officials, business actors, and the local community. The results show that the program's objectives align with community. needs in developing culture-based tourism. Human resources and facilities are relatively adequate, though challenges remain in waste management and parking access. The program was well implemented with active community participation and has had a positive impact on tourism growth and MSME income, particularly in local culinary businesses. Overall, the Tanggo Rajo Cindo Creative Village Program is considered effective in enhancing local tourism and economic development, although improvements are needed in supporting infrastructure and environmental management to ensure sustainability.
