ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PELATIHAN BAGI PETUGAS CODING DAN VERIFIKATOR ADMINISTRASI BERKAS KLAIM BPJS KESEHATAN DI RSUD SITI FATIMAH PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province has served a referral program for patient services participating in the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) with payment rules using the INACBGS System based on codes that refer to ICD 9 CM and ICD 10. Based on data obtained from the PPAT Installation of Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, Province. South Sumatra, cases of BPJS Health Claim files with incorrect coding were found. The main factor that influences coding accuracy is the competency of the claims unit's human resources. The aim of this research is to conduct a Training Needs Analysis for Coding Officers and Administrative Verifiers by carrying out 3 levels of analysis, namely organizational analysis, operational analysis, and individual analysis. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of BPJS Health Palembang, PPAT Installation at Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province, Coding Officer, and Administrative Verifier. The results of the research show that the implementation of SOPs is not yet optimal, the organizational structure and human resources are not in accordance with the PPAT Installation Organizing Guidelines, the infrastructure is not optimal and gaps are found, including Coding Officers 1 & 2 and Administrative Verifiers 1 & 2 do not understand the content and coding of diagnoses and procedures, they are not yet established. active communication with DPJP due to time constraints from DPJP. Coding officer 1 was not able to read the doctor's writing. Coding Officers and Administrative Verifiers do not have a thorough attitude in carrying out their duties. Suggestions for Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, South Sumatra Province, are to plan and budget for training needs regarding ICD 9 CM & ICD 10, Electronic Medical Records (RME), effective communication, and procedures for filling out checklist sheets in order to overcome or even eliminate the gaps that have been found.
