HUBUNGAN ANTARA NEED TO BELONG DAN PARASOCIAL RELATIONSHIP PADA DEWASA YANG BELUM MENIKAH
This study aims to examine the relationship between need to belong and parasocial relationships in unmarried adults. The subjects of this study are unmarried adults (ages 21–39 years) and actively follow their favorite media figures on social media. The participants involved were 200 people and 52 people for the trial. The research method used is quantitative non-experimental with purposive sampling technique. The measurement tool used refers to the dimension of parasocial relationships according to Boyd, Morrow, & Rocconi (2022) and the need to belong aspect based on Baumeister & Leary (1995). Data analysis used Pearson's Product Moment correlation test.
