In 2017, Indonesia ranked third highest for the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) with 177 deaths per 100,000 live births. Meanwhile, in the Philippines, the 2017 MMR was 121 per 100,000 live births. The study aims to see whether there is a relationship between demographic and socio-economic factors with the utilization of antenatal care services. Quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population and sample of the study were women of childbearing age aged 15 49 years. Sampling used two-stage stratified sampling (multistage random sampling). The sample size in Indonesia reached 14,617 while in the Philippines 7,355. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that WUS who made complete ANC visits in Indonesia were 91.4% and in the Philippines 87.1%. The bivariate results showed that the variables of age, maternal education, parity, exposure to TV & internet media, economic status, husband's education were related to the utilization of antenatal services in Indonesia and the Philippines. The final modeling results show that the most dominant variable in Indonesia is mother's education. While the most dominant in the Philippines is husband's education. It can be concluded that women of childbearing age who make complete ANC visits are caused by predisposing factors, supporting factors and reinforcing factors. The suggestion of this study is to improve the culture of premarital sexual relations, slowly leave the patriarchal culture, improve the quality of health facilities, create a more accurate community data collection system.
