This study aimed to analyze employees' perceptions of the use of the SRIKANDI Application (Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System) at the Tourism Office of Palembang City based on the three dimensions of e-government proposed by Indrajit (2016), namely Support, Capacity, and Value. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach, which was intended to describe the actual condition of employees' perceptions without testing any hypotheses. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 20 employees who used the application in archival management activities. The results showed that employees perceptions of the SRIKANDI Application were in the "good" category. The Value dimension obtained the highest score (4.45) on the efficiency indicator, while the Capacity dimension indicated the need for improvement in human resource competence (4.10). The cross-tabulation results revealed that female employees and those who had worked for more than three years demonstrated more positive perceptions of the application particularly in the Value dimension. Overall, employees perceived that the SRIKANDI Application improves efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of administrative services In conclusion, the implementation of the SRIKANDI Application is positively perceived by employees as it provides tangible benefits in digital archive management.
