HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN POLIKLINIK TUBERKULOSIS TERHADAP KEPATUHAN BEROBAT PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI PUSKESMAS EMPAT ULU PALEMBANG
Indonesia is in second place with the highest number of tuberculosis cases in the world. Tuberculosis is a diseases caused by the bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Health services provided to support the treatment of tuberculosis based on their quality. Services quality of polyclinic tuberculosis can be assessed with seven dimensions of service quality which is effective, safe, people centered, efficient, equitable, integrated, and timely. This research aims to know about the relationship between services quality perception of tuberculosis polyclinic and medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at Empat Ulu Palembang Public Health Center. This type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional design. Sample in this research is tuberculosis patients at Empat Ulu Palembang Public Health Center as much as 44 by using consecutive sampling methods which has been fulfilled inclusion criteria. Based on this research, there isn’t a significant relationship between 7 dimension health service quality of tuberculosis polyclinic based on patients perception with medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at Empat Ulu Palembang Public Health Center. It can be concluded that health services quality of tuberculosis polyclinic based on patient perception not related to medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at Empat Ulu Palembang Public Health Center.
