PROFIL METABOLIT DAN KADAR ANTIOKSIDAN DAUN TEMBESU (FAGRAEA FRAGRANS ROXB.)
Research has been carried out with the aim of determining the metabolite profile, abundance of metabolite compounds and antioxidant levels of tembesu leaves, using a non-target metabolomics approach GC-MS HP-5MS UI Column and antioxidant levels using the DPPH method. Data from GC-MS is processed qualitatively and descriptively so that the biosynthesis pathway of the dominant compound can be traced, and other compounds that have the potential to have bioactivity. The metabolite profile of the ethanol extract of tembesu leaves has an abundance of 93.44%, there are 131 total compound peaks detected and 79 identified compound peaks, and 5 dominant compounds detected from other metabolite compounds. Tembesu leaf ethanol extract has 5 dominant compounds with greater abundance found in the compounds cis13-Octadecenoic (20.98%), 5-Hydromethylfurfural (16.54%), n-Hexadecanoic acid (13.84%), Erythocentauriun (10. 11%), and 5-Benzofuranacetic acid, 6-ethenyl-2,4,5,6,7,7a-hexahydro-3 (3.09%). The antioxidant content of the ethanol extract of tembesu leaves with the antioxidant standard ascorbic acid was 3.7 ± 1.8 ppm and the antioxidant standard quercetin was 3.4 ± 1.4 ppm. It can be concluded that the dominant compound in the ethanol extract of tembesu leaves is the cis13-Octadecenoic compound which is included in the fatty acid class, which has the potential as an antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, antiandrogenic which has the potential to be developed into various herbal medicines.
