Pulmonary tuberculosis is still a health problem. In 2020-2022, Muara Enim Regency experienced an increase in pulmonary TB cases. The highest number of tuberculosis cases does not change places and tends to occur in the same two Puskesmas working areas, both of which are geographically located in Ring I coal mining areas. Spatial analysis is needed to characterize the distribution of cases and high-risk areas of pulmonary TB that can be used as information for pulmonary TB control interventions. This study aims to determine the distribution of pulmonary TB incidence in Muara Enim Regency in 2020-2022. This type of research is descriptive with an ecological study design. The population and sample of this study were all new cases of pulmonary TB in Muara Enim Regency. Secondary data were obtained from the Muara Enim Regency Health Office, ESDM geoportal and BMKG online data. Spatial analysis was conducted using QGIS software. The results showed that there was an increase in the number of sub-districts with a high incidence of pulmonary TB. Coal mining is one of the factors causing the high incidence of pulmonary TB which is then influenced by wind direction which causes air pollution due to coal mining to spread and have an impact on the incidence of pulmonary TB in adjacent areas characterized by sub-districts with high incidence rates of pulmonary TB which tend to be close together and form a cluster pattern around sub-districts that have coal mines.
