STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL UJI KONDUKTIVITAS LISTRIK MORTAR DENGAN SERBUK BESI SEBAGAI PENGGANTI AGREGAT HALUS
Conductive concrete is essential for the advancement of contemporary construction technology. Conductive concrete can conduct electricity and is used in the construction of smart infrastructure, structural sensors, surface heating systems and more. Iron powder can be used as a substitute for fine aggregate or sand. This research uses age variations and iron powder concentrations of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, the ratio of cement and sand used is 1: 2.75 and the w/c variation is 0.485, for electrical conductivity testing using the four point probe method based on ASTM-F1529 standards, while for fresh mortar testing using SNI 2049:2004 standards. Fresh mortar testing in the form of setting time test and slump flow test, while for hard mortar testing in the form of compressive strength testing, specific gravity, and electrical conductivity test. Based on the setting time test on Conductive mortar with a 100% IP percentage variation value with an initial setting time of 176 minutes and a final setting time of 225 minutes has the fastest binding time compared to other size variations. Based on the slump flow value, the specimen with 100% IP percentage variation has the highest flowability value compared to other variations. The specific gravity and compressive strength test results on the 100% IP percentage variation specimens after curing in water for 7 days have the largest values compared to other variations, which are 2,432 kg/m3; 19.9 MPa; and electrical conductivity on the 100% IP percentage variation specimens after curing in water for 7 days has the largest value compared to other variations, which is 25,357 µS/m.
