HUBUNGAN ASUPAN CAIRAN, ZAT GIZI MAKRO DAN ZAT BESI TERHADAP KONSENTRASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SMK NEGERI 6 KOTA PALEMBANG
Learning concentration is the basis of the success of an activity, namely learning. Someone with low learning concentration will have an impact on the ability to reason the material presented, so that it can affect learning achievement. One factor that can affect the concentration of learning is the intake of nutrients, if nutritional needs are not fulfilled properly, eating will result in a decrease in the performance of organs, one of which is the brain. To prove this, a study was conducted that aimed to determine the relationship between fluid intake, macronutrients and iron on learning concentration. The sample of this study amounted to 102 people. The sampling technique is Proportional stratified random sampling. Univariate and bivariate data analysis techniques using Chi-Square and Fisher Exact tests. The results showed that there was a relationship between learning concentration and fluid intake (p value = 0.000), carbohydrate intake (p value = 0.000), protein intake (p value = 0.015) and iron (p value = 0.004). While there was no significant relationship between learning concentration and fat intake (p value = 0.684). It can be concluded that insufficient nutritional intake can affect a person's level of learning concentration. The suggestion of this research should be that students can pay more attention to nutritional intake so that they can meet nutritional needs that can optimize brain work.
