PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
The research was conducted at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with the aim of determining the influence of training and motivation variables on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, with data analyzed using SPSS version 25 and a population of 56 respondents and a sample of 49 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, while the analys techniques included Classical Assumption Testing, hypothesis Testing, and Multiple Lunear Regression Analysis. The results of the t-test indicate that the Training variable (X1) has no significant partial effect on Employee Performance (Y), as shown by the calculated t-count value of 0,652 < t-table value of 2,012 and a significance value of 0,518 > 0,05. In contrast, the Motivation variable (X2) has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance (Y), with a calculated t-count value of 4,658 > t table value of 2,012 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Furthermore, the result of the f-test show that the Training (X1) and Motivation (X2) variable have a simultaneous significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), with a calculated f-count value of 24,764 > f-table value of 4,052 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05.
