ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the collaboration process in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program for Communities Affected by Covid-19 in Palembang City. Collaborative Governance. This research was motivated by the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the South Sumatra Bulog Regional Office Public Company which involved various parties such as the South Sumatra Provincial Social Service, the Hawker Community and the community in supporting the CSR program for Communities Affected by Covid-19. Aims to describe in depth Collaborative Governance in CSR for Communities Affected by Covid-19 in Palembang City in 2022. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods located in Palembang City using snowball sampling techniques for determining informants based on observation results. The data analysis method used is interactive analysis. Based on research conducted, which is in accordance with Ansell and Gash's theory with four indicators of starting conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration processes. The research results show that Perum BULOG South Sumatra Regional Office has succeeded in collaborating with various stakeholders in implementing the CSR Program for Communities Affected by Covid-19 by providing 500 basic food packages of 1kg sugar and 5kg rice. This study concludes that effective collaboration between stakeholders is very important for the success of CSR programs, especially in overcoming the problems of communities affected by Covid-19.
