ANALISIS VARIASI GENETIK Cephalopachus bancanus ssp. bancanus ASAL SUMATERA SELATAN DAN PULAU BANGKA BERDASARKAN PENANDA D-LOOP DNA MITOKONDRIA
Cephalopachus bancanus ssp. bancanus of the nocturnal tarsiidae family, small body, with large eyes and are known to live in Southern Sumatra, Lampung, and Bangka Island have been declared as protected under Indonesian law No.5/1990 on the conservation of natural resources and their ecosystems, and Government Regulation No.7/1999 on the conservation of plants and animals. Based on data from IUCN redlist (International Union Conservation of Nature), Cephalopachus bancanus ssp. bancanus has suffered a dramatic decline in its habitat and have a Vulnerable statues, in order to preserve its conservation efforts by analyzing the genetik variations that could represent the Cephalopachus bancanus ssp. bancanus population of southern Sumatra and Bangka Island. Samples of six individuals from Petaling Bangka, and two individuals from Musi Rawas, South Sumatra of blood, tissue and hair. Genetik analysis is performed in the Genetiks Laboratory And Bioengineering Department Of Biology Faculty of Mathematics And Science At Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. An analysis of genetik variations is based on the d-loop mtDNA marker because it has a high degree of variation so that it can see the difference between individuals. Genetik variations are established by parameters of conserved sites, variable sites, nucleotides variations, and total gap, the haplotype diversity (Hd), the genetik distance and the filogenetik tree. Genetik variation measurement in the haplotype diversity hd =1, with genetik distance
