This study aims to analyze the influence of HDI, FDI, and technology on income inequality in six Asian countries, namely Indonesia, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, and China, during the period 2009-2023. The Human Development Index in this study is measured on a scale of 0-1, Foreign Direct Investment is measured based on net foreign investment inflows, while technology is measured on a scale of 0-10. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach selected based on the results of the Chow test and the Hausman test. The results of this study indicate that, individually, the Human Development Index and Foreign Direct Investment each have a negative and significant effect on income inequality, while technology has a negative but insignificant effect; however, when considered together, the Human Development Index, Foreign Direct Investment, and technology have a significant effect on income inequality in six Asian countries.
