ANALISIS KERAWANAN LONGSOR BERDASARKAN PARAMETER NDVI DAN RELIEF DIVERSITY DAERAH PEGUNUNGAN GUMAY DAN SEKITARNYA KABUPATEN LAHAT SUMATERA SELATAN
The Gumay Mountains area topographically, it is in the elevation range of 200 to >1000 meters above sea level, with various types of slopes that vary. This landslide analysis observation uses two methods, namely NDVI and relief diversity. NDVI stands for Normalized Difference Vegetation Indices, an analysis that uses vegetation as its main index or parameter. In this case, the presence of vegetation plays a role in determining whether or not it affects landslides. NDVI uses band 4 and band 5 image maps downloaded from the official ESRI website . Furthermore, there is a relief diversity method, a shown by Basu and Pal in 2019. Some parameters used in relief diversity are bifurcation ratio, relief ratio, relative relief, basin relief, dissection index, ruggedness index, slope in degree, stream order, and lineament density.. Based on the relief diversity analysis, it is found that the landslide point is located in a high vulnerability area and the Gumay Mountains area is situated in an area with a high level of landslide vulnerability. To prevent landslides, the government has conducted mitigation. It is done by advising the community not to clear land by burning it but by selective logging. This method is reasonably practical considering that the Gumay Mountains area is included in a protected forest area.
