PENGARUH PENERAPAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR (SOP) PADA PROSES PENERBITAN SURAT KETERANGAN KENAIKAN GAJI BERKALA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PEGAWAI DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the process of issuing periodic salary increase certificates which is one of the important administrative processes in human resource management at the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD secretariat. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the process of issuing periodic salary increase certificates on employee welfare. The study was carried out at the government agency of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD secretariat. This study uses a quantitative method. This analysis was carried out by studying documentation and distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents who are civil servants at the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD secretariat. The results of this study are known that the implementation of SOPs for the issuance of periodic salary increase certificates to the welfare of employees at the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD secretariat has gone quite well, this is shown by the results of a fairly high study with a percentage of 54%.
