The war between Russia and Ukraine was caused by the conflicting interests of each country. Russia wants to reunite the broken countries of the Soviet Union and Ukraine does not want to join Russia's plans. Ukraine actually wants to join NATO and collaborate with the United States. To answer all of this, the researcher used the negotiation concept theory proposed by William Zartman, which is divided into several approaches, including the structural approach, the strategic approach, the behavioral approach, the process approach (Concession Exchange). ) Approach), as well as an integrative approach (Integrative Approach). By using the conceptual theory put forward by Zartman, researchers can see clearly how this conflict occurred, who the actors involved were, and how Indonesia attempted to become a negotiator for Russia-Ukraine, in order to end the war as soon as possible and improve the food supply chain. energy and fertilizer that have been cut off due to war.
