In the current digital era, Information Technology (IT) management has become a crucial component for companies to enhance operational efficiency. However, many administrative processes, including payroll, still rely on manual methods such as spreadsheets. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the management and operation of travel services. PT. XYZ applies a manual and semi-manual payroll system. This manual process presents significant weaknesses, particularly time inefficiency in data recapitulation and a high vulnerability to human error, which directly impacts data accuracy and reporting validity. This research aims to address these issues by designing and building a web-based payroll information system as a computerized solution. The system was developed using the waterfall development method and implemented with PHP and MySQL technologies. The result of this research is a functional application capable of centrally managing employee master data, automating complex salary calculations based on various income and deduction components, and generating accurate payslips and periodic reports. The implementation of this system has proven effective in minimizing calculation errors, accelerating administrative workflows, and enhancing the overall efficiency of payroll management
