RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.) VARIETAS BATU IJO PADA BERBAGAI DOSIS PUPUK KOTORAN AYAM DENGAN SISTEM TERAPUNG
Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is a horticultural commodity that has a high economic value. The growth and yield of onion plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) are influenced not only by genetic factors, but also by cultivation techniques and the type of fertilizer used. The use of manure fertilizer in the soil has a positive impact on plant growth and development, and increases the content of organic matter in the soil. Batu ijo shallots are superior shallots originating from Batu City, East Java. For optimal onion growth, organic fertilizer is given, namely chicken manure fertilizer with N 2.59%, P 3.09%, K 2.46%, Ca 12.66%, Mg 0.91%, Na 0.69%, Fe 1,758 ppm, Mn 572 ppm, Zn 742 ppm, Cu 80 ppm. This study aims to determine the effect of applying various doses of chicken manure fertilizer on the growth and yield of shallot varieties with a floating planting system. The method used in this research is a Randomized Blok Design consisting of 4 treatments, each treatment is repeated 3 times and 4 plants for each treatment, so that the total number of plants is 48 plants. The application of chicken manure organic fertilizer consists of 4 (four) treatments, namely: P0 = Control (No chicken manure fertilizer), P1 = 10 ton/ha (40 g/polybag), P2 = 20 ton/ha (80 g/polybag) and P3 = 30 ton/ha (120 g/polybag). The data obtained were analyzed using the Anova test (Analysis of Variance) with the F table if the results were real or very real followed by the Smallest Real Difference test (BNT). The results showed that all treatments were not significantly different in all parameters observed, but the treatment P3 = 30 ton/ha (120 g /polybag) had the best results.
