OBSERVASI PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN BAKUNG (Hymenocallis Littoralis) PADA MEDIAN JALAN DI BAWAH JALUR LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT (LRT) P-244 SAMPAI P-306 KOTA PALEMBANG
Spider lily plants (Hymenocallis littoralis) are one of the plants that adorn the green belt of the road under the Light Rail Transit (LRT). This observation aims to determine the growth of spider lily plants (Hymenocallis littoralis) on the median road under the Light Rail Transit (LRT). Observations were made from August to October 2023 in the median of the road under the Light Rail Transit (LRT) on Jalan Kol. H. Burlian, with three vegetation observation points, namely LRT 1) under LRT P-244 to P-245 with coordinates (2°55'45.4 "S 104°42'58. 8 "E), LRT 2) under LRT P-294 to P-295 with coordinates (2°56'24.9 "S 104°43'24.3 "E), and LRT 3) under LRT P-306 to Punti Kayu LRT station with coordinates (2°56'25.8 "S 104°43'25.0 "E), Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is observation obtained from field observations. In this observation, plant growth included plant height, leaf greenness, number of leaves, and plants that grow flowers. The parameters of environmental conditions at the observation location observed were light intensity, temperature, humidity, and the number of vehicles passing through the observation area. The results showed that LRT 3 (P-306) located under the Punti Kayu LRT station with a shade level of 75% had a good growth rate compared to other locations. This is evidenced by the highest mean value of observations on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and flowering plants under LRT 3 (P-306).
