Background: The uncontrolled growth of the world’s population arises threats to many things, such as social, economic, education, and health. Family planning is a program that has been promoted to address this population issue. Family planning involves contraceptive methods, including injectable contraceptive, which is popular in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding the use of injectable contraceptive, as well as to identify which factor plays the most significant role in its use. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted at a local public health center in Palembang in October 2024. A total of 104 respondents met the inclusion criteria. To determine the relationship, prevalence ratios were calculated by using the Chi-Square test. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Results: The majority of respondents were in the age range of 20-35 years, with education levels ranging from elementary to high school, unemployed, having 2-4 childbirths, and residing in the Kemuning district. Most respondents had received information about contraception, with the information primarily focused on injectable methods. In this study, the prevalence of injectable contraceptive use was 66.3%. This study showed no significant relationship between knowledge and the use of injectable contraceptive (PR = 1.801 and p-value = 0.311), a significant relationship between attitudes and the use of injectable contraceptive (PR = 2.786 and p-value = 0.029), and a significant relationship between practice and the use of injectable contraceptive (PR = 17.795 and p-value = 0.000). The most influential factor in the use of injectable contraceptive was practice (adjusted PR = 24.568 and p-value = 0.000). Conclusion: Practice is the most significant factor of injectable contraceptive use (adjusted PR = 24.568 and p-value = 0.000). Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Practice, Injectable Contraceptive
