PT. Batubara Bukit Kendi (PT. BBK) is one of the companies that supplies coal with an area of 881.70 hectares (448.37 Ha is Protected Forest Area and 433.33 Ha is Production Forest Area). PT. The BBK mentioned above is a company that uses the open pit mining method (strip mining). This mining operation begins with land clearing activities, stripping top soil and overburden. Mining is carried out by dismantling, loading and transporting and then reclamation activities are carried out to post-mining activities. This research aims to evaluate the technical aspects and examine several variables that will be worked on to obtain a good post-mining activity plan in order to approximate the initial shape and use for the surrounding community as well as calculating cost optimization in order to achieve the objectives of the technical aspects of activities that have been determined for the activity. after the mine. In this thesis report, the results were obtained from discussions regarding the post-mining activity plans of PT. Bukit Kendi Coal is divided into 3 parts, namely the mine support facilities will be dismantled and reclaimed and then revegetated with sengon and durian plants. The mining road has not yet been dismantled because from 2020 to 2025 the PT BBK road is still being used by PT Prima Mulia Sarana Sejahtera (PT PMSS) as a hauling road and the area is being used as a project site by PT PMSS. Meanwhile, for void PT. BBK will be used as a fish cultivation pond in the north void and a water storage pond in the south void. The optimal cost for the series of post-mining activities mentioned above is Rp. 33,469,846,681. 846,681,- (Says: Thirty-three billion four hundred and sixty-nine eight hundred forty-six thousand six hundred and eighty-one rupiah).
