Pets are an integral part of human life and are loved by various age groups. Pets can also bring happiness to humans, as long as they suit the needs and capacities of the keepers. Based on a 2022 Rakuten Insight Center survey, 67 percent of Indonesians have pets, with cats being the most popular type kept. In Palembang, there are many pet shops, but often the services available are not very complete. Therefore, the pet center was designed to accommodate various pet services, especially for dogs and cats. The concept of one-stop shopping at pet centers which combines various services in one location is proposed to provide convenience and efficiency for animal lovers. Pet centers also offer a variety of services essential for the health and well-being of pets. By paying attention to user behavior, this pet center is expected to improve the quality of service and welfare of animals and their owners.
