PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KONFLIK KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN REJANG LEBONG PROVINSI BENGKULU
This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work conflict on employee performance at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The population in this study were employees at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga of Rejang Lebong Regency, totaling 59 respondents. The sample in this research uses a saturated sample, where the number of samples is the same as the population. The data collection method used in this research is through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the statistical tests carried out, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the t test carried out, it can be concluded that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that overall work motivation and work conflict have a significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. For companies, work conflicts can be resolved by conducting evaluations. By providing counseling to employees and holding togetherness events such as gatherings.
