ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PEREMAJAAN (REPLANTING) KELAPA SAWIT DI DESA SAKA JAYA, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
Improving farmers' welfare is the goal of the current agricultural development strategic program. South Sumatra is the third largest producer of oil palm in Sumatra and is in the top five at the national level, with an area of oil palm plantations reaching 1,137,642 hectares. Oil palm replanting is one of the efforts to increase the productivity of oil palm plants in Indonesia. This research aims to explore how the implementation of the oil palm replanting program and the obstacles in the implementation of the oil palm replanting program in Saka Jaya Village with the implementation of program success according to David C. Korten as an analytical tool. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes the reality of the studied and is conducted purposively. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research refers to the Miles, Huberman and Saldana data analysis technique. The results show that the oil palm replanting program in Saka Jaya Village has been successfully implemented, although there are several obstacles but can be overcome with several strategies used so as to bring up the suitability of the program with the target group, the suitability of the program with the organization, and the suitability of the target group with the implementing organization.
