This research discusses the socio-economic changes in the lives of BTPN Syariah customers in sub-district 13 Ulu after the credit loan. There were changes after the people in sub-district 13 Ulu became familiar with the bank credit system. The occurrence of socio-economic changes certainly has an impact on society, this research aims to find out how the socio-economic changes in the lives of BTPN Syariah customers in sub-district 13 Ulu post credit loans. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, the research strategy uses case stadi, a total of 10 informants consisting of 1 key informant, 7 main informants and 2 supporting informants using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and library stadi. The results of this research show that there are socio-economic changes in the lives of BTPN Syariah bank customers in sub- district 13 Ulu after the credit loan. The existence of information makes the bank credit system enable people to obtain capital to carry out development in the businesses they are running. through the bank credit system, people are able to improve their businesses, this is also supported by the assumption that people who have the best-selling or largest businesses are considered capable people and have high results are people who are respected.
