EVALUASI PROGRAM INOVASI GEMINDU (GERAKAN MOBILE POSBINDU) DI PUSKESMAS KAMPUS KOTA PALEMBANG
Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are now the main cause of death worldwide. Posbindu PTM is a form of community participation in efforts to detect early risk factors for non-communicable diseases independently and sustainably. The aim of this research is to determine and evaluate the implementation of the GEMINDU Innovation Program (Mobile Posbindu Movement) at the Campus Health Center. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive design using data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The total number of informants in this study was 9 people. The research results show that in the context category it is known that the background of this program is that the MSS has not been achieved, the number of visits is low and there is still a lack of public awareness, the target of this program is 15 years and over, this program aims to screen people with risk factors for NCDs. In the input category, human resources carrying out activities are optimal, funding and availability of facilities and infrastructure are insufficient. In the process category it is still insufficient due to the limited measuring instruments available. The output category has not been achieved due to erratic community visits every month. The conclusion of this research is that the PTM mobile posbindu program at the Campus Health Center has not run optimally and several obstacles are still found.
