PERANCANGAN SISTEM MONITORING HASIL FILTRASI FILTER AIR PVC BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS
This research discusses the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based PVC water filter filtration monitoring system to monitor water quality parameters in real time, namely pressure, flow rate, and turbidity, and to record historical measurement results. The system uses an Arduino Uno as a data acquisition center and an ESP32 for wireless communication via the Blynk and Google Sheets applications. Sensor data is sent via serial communication and processed on the ESP32 to be displayed numerically. Test results show an average sensor error of 0.57% for flow rate, 0.92% for pressure, and 6.53% for turbidity, with an average system response time of approximately 2.1 seconds from sensor reading to data display in the application. The system proved stable, accurate, and reliable in monitoring water parameters and can be used to support filtration maintenance, such as backwash scheduling.
