PENGARUH DOSIS KOMBINASI PUPUK TUNGGAL TERHADAP PEMULIHAN KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) PASCA TERBAKAR PADA LAHAN KERING
This study aims to obtain the best combination dose of Single fertilizer (Urea, KCl, and Envirophos) to accelerate the recovery of oil palm plants after fire in dry land. This study was conducted in a community garden in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The location coordinates are 3.17342° S, 104.51171° E. The study was conducted from February 2025 to May 2025. The oil palm plants used as research samples were 8-year-old post-fire dura oil palm varieties. The study was arranged using a randomized block design (RBD). The treatments used were six and four replications so that 24 sample plants were obtained consisting of 0 kg Urea, 0 kg Envirophos, 0 kg KCl/tree (P0) (as control), 0.75 kg Urea, 0.75 kg Envirophos, 0.5 kg KCl/tree (P1), 1.5 kg Urea, 1.5 kg Envirophos, 1 kg KCl/tree (P2), 2 kg Urea, 2 kg Envirophos, 1.5 kg KCl/tree (P3), 2.5 kg Urea, 2.5 kg Envirophos, 2 kg KCl/tree (P4), and 3 kg Urea, 3 kg Envirophos, 2.5 kg KCl/tree (P5). For recovery estimation based on the growth of the WAF (Weeks After Fertilization) variable emergence time, the results showed that the application of single fertilizers (Urea, Envirophos, KCl) significantly affected the variables of female flower bunches and spear leaves. Furthermore, single fertilizers (Urea, Envirophos, KCl) did not significantly affect the number of green fronds, male flower bunches, fruit bunches, chlorotic Leaves, and lanceolate fronds. Based on a 3-month period, the recovery of green fronds occurred at 2 WAF, the recovery of female flower bunches at 3 WAF, the emergence of male flower bunches at 5 WAF, the recovery of fruit bunches at 8 WAF, the decline of spear leaves at 2 WAF, the emergence of lanceolate fronds at 1 WAF, and the emergence of chlorotic Leaves at 1 WAF. The best dose of single fertilizers (Urea, Envirophos, KCl) for post-burn oil palm plants of the Dura variety aged 8 years is 3 kg Urea/plant, 3 kg Envirophos/plant, and 2.5 kg KCl/plant. Based on research on the use of single fertilizer doses (Urea, Envirophos, KCl) for Dura variety oil palm plants aged 8 years after burning, under doses of 2 kg Urea/plant, 2 kg Envirophos/plant, and 1.5 kg KCl/plant, has not been able to help restore post-burn oil palm growth in vegetative and generative organs.
