Diphtheria is one of the contagious diseases that is caused by Corynebacterium Diphtheriae which causes difficulties in swallowing, weak muscles, difficulties breathing, even heart failure, and sudden death. One case of diphtheria was found in a region famous for an Outbreak. This research's purpose is to create a comprehensive mapping and analyze the diphtheria case in Lampung province which has 15 regencies/cities based on the distribution and risk factors of diphtheria by using the special analysis. The risk factors include a series of immunizations; a series of proper breastfeeding, stunting prevalence, wasting prevalence; and a percentage of healthy households. This research uses secondary data from the Deputy of Health of the Lampung Province and is processed using QGIS version 3.28. The result of the mapping shows a distribution of diphtheria in Lampung Province that increased compared to the previous year. Diphtheria still happens in regions with minimum nutrition status that are targeted by the Ministry of Health in Indonesia. The Deputy of Health of the Lampung Province hopefully can increase and optimize the report system of the health workers regarding the healthy household percentage as well as improve the nutrition status of the civilians
