FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA OPERATOR ALAT BERAT DI PT. SUBUR SEDAYA MAJU
Workplace accidents remain a significant issue. According to the ILO, over 250 million occupational accidents and 160 million work-related illnesses occur worldwide each year. Heavy equipment operators are particularly vulnerable to accidents, often due to fatigue that impairs concentration and safety. Despite companies' commitment to safety, incidents continue to occur due to various internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing workplace accidents among heavy equipment operators. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was used, involving 99 operators selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Chi-square tests and Logistic Regression. The results showed that work fatigue significantly affects workplace accidents (p = 0.048 < 0.05), age also has a significant effect (p = 0.025 < 0.05), while nutritional status does not (p = 0.111 > 0.05).
