This research is entitled "The History of Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang 2006-2024". The formulation of the problem in this research is who is Cheng Ho, why did the Chinese Muslim community of Palembang want to build the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang, what is the history of the construction of the Cheg Ho Mosque in Palembang, what are the activities of the Chinese Muslim community in the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang. The purpose of the research is to find out who is Cheng Ho, to find out why the Chinese Muslim community of Palembang wants to build the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang, to find out what is the history of the construction of the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang, to find out what are the activities of the Chinese Muslim community in the Cheng Ho Mosque in Palembang. The method used in this research is the historical method with research steps namely heuristic, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The approach used is the Sociology and Anthropology approach. The results of the study are that Cheng Ho was a Chinese Muslim figure who played an important role in the suppression of Chinese robbers in Palembang, the Cheng Ho Palembang mosque was founded by PITI and inaugurated in 2008 as a tribute to the services and role of Cheng Ho in the history of Islam and the Chinese Muslim community in Palembang, the activities held at the Cheng Ho Palembang Mosque currently are religious activities and social activities.
