Background: Tuberculosis is a chronic disease which one of the keys to successful treatment is patient adherence to taking medication every day without missing a day. Patients who do not adhere to their anti-tuberculosis medication are at risk of therapy failure, which can lead to a relapse of tuberculosis in the future or even lead to the risk of anti-tuberculosis drug resistance. One effort that can be done to overcome this problem is providing education aboutnthe use of the "MyTherapy" application which contains medication reminders, follow-up reminders, and reminders for the remaining amount of medication. Objective: Describe the results of pediatric nursing practice that focuses on nursing care for children with Pulmonary TB in improving medication adherence by using the "MyTherapy" application and in accordance with evidence-based learning reviews. Method: The method used a qualitative description with a case study approach and journal review in pulmonary TB patients in children with increased health management readiness issues. Results: The results of the study found nursing problems in increased health management readiness. The intervention provided was education on the use of the "MyTherapy" application as a medication reminder alarm. The results showed that patient compliance scores increased so that they were included in the high compliance category. Discussion: Someone undergoing treatment for a chronic disease such as tuberculosis will receive medication for a long period of time so they need a tool to remind them of the right time to take medication with the help of an application on their smartphone. Conclusion: The use of the MyTherapy application as a medication reminder can be used helping patients and their families be more regular in taking their medication.
