Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis can experience difficulty sleeping, frequent nighttime awakenings, sleep dissatisfaction, and altered sleep patterns. To support sleep, non-pharmacological interventions such as Al-Quran Murrotal therapy of Surah Ar-Rahman and a Sleep Mask, performed with closed eyes, can help provide a relaxing and comfortable effect and increase melatonin hormone, thus effectively improving sleep quality. Objective: To describe the implementation of nursing care for Chronic Kidney Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis with Al-Quran Murrotal of Surah Ar Rahman therapy and sleep mask for nursing problems of sleep pattern disorders. Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive method for case study approach to three CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis who experienced nursing problems in the form of sleep pattern disorders. Results: Nursing care carried out on the three CKD patients found the same complaints in the form of difficulty sleeping, frequent waking at night, dissatisfaction with sleep and altered sleep patterns. The intervention that has been given was sleep support with non-pharmacological therapy of Al-Quran Murrotal of Surah Ar Rahman and sleep mask for 30 minutes carried out in 3 consecutive days. Evaluation showed that on the last day of the three cases there was an increase in sleep quality with the results of decreased difficulty sleeping, decreased frequent waking, improved sleep satisfaction and decreased sleep pattern changes. Conclusion: The application of Al-Quran Murrotal Surah Ar Rahman therapy and the use of Sleep Mask as a non-pharmacological therapy has been proven to be able to overcome sleep pattern disorders for CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis
