This study aims to develop a web-based information system for Bengkel Karya 24 as a solution to replace the existing manual recording process, which is highly prone to errors, duplication, and data loss. The system is designed to manage various operational aspects of the workshop, including service data, expenditures, spare part usage, and automated report generation, in order to make administrative processes faster, more efficient, and well-organized. The development method employed is the Waterfall model, consisting of stages such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing using the black box approach to ensure that the system functions as expected. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which allows data to be stored in a structured and easily accessible manner. The results of this study produce a system that facilitates data management and report generation at Bengkel Karya 24, thereby improving operational efficiency and supporting digital transformation within the workshop’s management processes.
