EVALUASI KEGIATAN SKRINING ORANG TERDUGA TB PARU PADA PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN TUBERKULOSIS DI PUSKESMAS MULTIWAHANA KOTA PALEMBANG
The discovery of positive cases of pulmonary TB in 2022 at the Multiwahana Community Health Center only reached 31 people with a (CDR) of 95% which was determined to be 279 cases. Based on Presidential Regulation no. 67 of 2021 concerning tuberculosis control. The aim of this research is to evaluate screening activities for people suspected of pulmonary TB in the tuberculosis control program using a systems approach (input, process and output). This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using triangulation. The total number of informants consisted of eight people, namely the Head of the Community Health Center, Person in Charge of the TB Program, Health Analyst, TB Program Manager at the Health Service, as well as two patients who were confirmed positive for TB and two patients who had completed treatment. The results of the research show that the implementation of screening activities has been carried out well and in accordance with the guidelines used even though it has not fully reached the optimal level on several variables, namely human resources which are quite limited, facilities and infrastructure which are not fully available, as well as the process of implementing activities in the field. which is not yet massive, both from the officers and the community, because the difficulty in producing good quality phlegm is an obstacle and barrier to screening activities. From the results of this research, community health centers should approach the community and across sectors, carry out MOUs with related institutions, and strive for the community to produce good quality phlegm during the examination process.
