Stunting is still a nutrition problem in the world. Puskesmas Kampus created the ANTING DEDIKASI KITA (Overcoming Stunting with Early Detection of Toddler Dental Caries) innovation program to reduce stunting in its working area. The study aims to explore the innovation program using the RE-AIM Framework in the Puskesmas Kampus work area. This study used a qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews with 9 informants; observation and document review. Data processing through data reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the resources involved were internal and external resources. Internal resources consist of nutrition officers, dental officers, pediatric officers, and the head of the puskesmas. External human resources are cadres, hospitals and stakeholders. Program funding comes from non-physical DAK, and external assistance through CSR. Supporting facilities are complete and have SOPs. The program decree doesn’t yet contain the division of specific tasks and responsibilities of all parties. The program reaches all children under five in its working area. The program has not been effective in reducing the incidence of stunting. Interventions are successfully adopted by participants in their lives. Implementation of routine dental examinations at posyandu is still not optimal. The program needs to be maintained with the development of this aspect of the research findings. The program has been well implemented but has not been successful in reducing stunting. Expanding targets, updating program achievement indicators, and maximizing cooperation with various parties are needed.
