This study aims to examine or analyze the Determinants of the Probability of Education, Age, Working Hours and Contract Type in influencing Informal Leaming and Wages. The data used is primary data through direct interviews of research objects in rice milling, brick and rubber businesses. A total of 125 and respondents. The analysis method used is Logistic Regression Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the results of logistic regression. decisive or dominant to influence informal learning from work friends than from supervisors, and the results of ordinary least square determinants of workers wages are dominated by working hours and age in permanent workers, while workers with emporary contract types are more dominantly influenced by education and age.
