Implementing of occupational safety and health can be applied to early childhood, although detailed understanding is required at that age. Pembina 2 Public Kindergarten and Syailendra Kindergarten are two schools that have the potential to experience work accidents at school, due to the level of supervision of potential hazards, environmental conditions, minor accident phenomena, and cases of natural disasters that have occurred at school. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) at Pembina 2 Public Kindergarten and Syailendra Kindergarten. This research is included in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The total informants in this research were 8 people from Pembina 2 Public Kindergarten and 7 people from Syailendra Kindergarten. The research results show that there are several Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are available in document form and implemented; the human resources of teachers and students are in accordance with the ratio and qualifications; Infrastructure facilities include land, classrooms, water channels, rubbish bins, toilets, school toilets, study tables and chairs, Educational Game Equipment (EGE), fire extinguishing facilities, and evacuation routes along with gathering points, some of which are appropriate and some are not yet. in accordance with the regulations and guidelines set as a reference; and spatial planning which includes indoor class, outdoor class, and playground some are suitable and some are not suitable, especially in terms of the area required for child, the surface of the playground, the size of the playing equipment, and the distance between playing equipment. From several research results, it is necessary to provide Standard Operating Procudure (SOP) in accordance with school needs, adjust the ratio of teachers and students along with regular training for teaching staff, check and repair several infrastructure facilities, and spatial planning neither in the indoor class nor outdoor class.
