RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM IRIGASI OTOMATIS BERBASIS FUZZY LOGIC & INTERNET OF THINGS PADA SMART SHOWCASE HIDROPONIK
Hydroponic agriculture is rapidly developing as an alternative solution to meet food demands amidst the limitations of conventional agricultural land. Automatic irrigation systems based on fuzzy logic and the Internet of Things (IoT) demonstrate potential in enhancing the efficiency and intelligence of modern agricultural systems. This project aims to design and implement an automatic irrigation system using Mamdani fuzzy logic and IoT technology in a hydroponic smart showcase. The project successfully integrates various hardware and software components, utilizing the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller and Blynk IoT application to control and monitor irrigation conditions in real-time. The Hcsr-04 sensor for water height and the YF-S401 sensor for water flow rate provide accurate input data for the fuzzy logic system. Test results show that the system can regulate the mixer speed responsively and accurately under various water height conditions, ranging from 0 cm to 6 cm. Testing demonstrated that with a water height input of 2 cm and a water flow rate of 7.1 ml/s, the mixer speed reached 162 RPM with an average error of 0%. In another condition, with a water height input of 4 cm and a water flow rate of 9.5 ml/s, the mixer speed reached 74 RPM with an average error of 0.5%. This system successfully maintains optimal conditions for hydroponic plants by providing the right amount of water according to their needs, showing high effectiveness and efficiency.
