PT. Long Daliq Primacoal, located in Merapi Timur Subdistrict, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province, is a subsidiary of the Andamas group which is engaged in providing coal delivery transportation services, coal stockpile as a place for stacking coal, contractors in the mining sector, and heavy equipment rental. PT. Long Daliq Primacoal officially joined as a contractor of PT. Banjarsari Pribumi in May 2023 to conduct mining in one of the pits, namely the Middle West Pit. The mining area for the working area at PT. Long Daliq Primacoal is around 29 hectares. This study aims to analyze the achievement of the mining plan against the realization in the field, the factors that cause it, the impact, and the efforts that can be made so that the mining plan can be realized based on the mining sequence plan. Work planning in November 2023 is carried out based on the mining design that has been designed in accordance with the overburden and coal production targets of 359.610 bcm and 58.952,5 tons. This observation can be done by using Ventyx Minescape 5.7 software. The actual achievement of the production target in November 2023 was 293.836,7 bcm or 81,70% for overburden and 38.709,29 tons or 65,66% of the planned production target, so that the overcut results for overburden and coal were 54.809,50 bcm and 13.597,99 tons, respectively, and the undercut areas for overburden and coal were 120.582,8 bcm and 33.841,20 tons, respectively. The amount of excavation shortage in November is 65.773,30 bcm for overburden and 20.243,21 tons for coal. This will affect the mining plan in the following month which will increase the amount of stripping ratio (SR). The causes of non-achievement based on the mine plan design, are the effective working time of the overburden digger is smaller than planned, and the actual productivity of the overburden digger does not reach the planned target, and less optimal supervision. Efforts that can be made are adding loss time indicators in monthly reports as an effort to increase EWH, increasing supervision of mining direction, operator performance and time discipline, and conformity to the location of mining plan stakes.
